Anybody who’s trying for natural muscle building is bound to hit a plateau at some point. If you haven’t gained any muscle mass and strength in a while, it’s probably time to try some plateau busting workouts. One great way to break through a plateau is to try the 10 sets of 10 reps workout. With this workout you do one major exercise per muscle group using a weight you can do 20 reps with and do 10 sets of 10 reps with it. You only get one minute of rest between each set. It might not sound that tough, but you’ll have a very tough time getting all 10 reps on the last few sets.
